About Rachel Kelsey (Weigel), MD – Coming Soon!
Dr. Kelsey was born and raised in Minnesota and moved to Arizona in 2020 for OB/GYN residency training at Banner University Medical Center- Phoenix. She is thrilled to be joining the incredible team of physicians and health care providers at Estrella Women’s Health Center.
Dr. Kelsey is dedicated to providing patient-centered care, offering compassion, trust, and expert guidance throughout their health journeys. Aside from preventative medicine, her special interests include contraceptive management, fertility, prenatal care, postpartum wellness, and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.
Outside of the hospital, Dr. Kelsey loves being a mom and enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, dabbling in photography, and being outdoors.
